Christmas falls on the festival of light, winter solstice,
well they missed by a few days. One of my reverend friends said, "We don't know when the birth of Christ was, but we know it wasn't in December." So, why now? Because the festival of light is important and it makes for a good symbolic match.
Take this holiday season back from the merchants and the
inane TV specials and build an altar on solstice. I will.
I have in the past. When I build the altar, I feel in alignment with all there is. Peace on earth; good will towards men.
