Lisa Cooper has a strong sense of humor and doesn’t shy away from the scary stuff.

A recent article -- Friends, Cancer and Laughing Your Ass Off starts:

One of my best friends died of colon cancer 3 years ago. Two of my friends have
had mastectomies this summer. These aren’t women in their golden years, but
young, vibrant beauties in their 30’s and early 40’s.

See…

Further on she offers five simple ways to help. Then she does this cool thing where you can read expanded information for the five tips.

Magically Improved Water

Here’s a seasonal tip for you - a way to improve your water so you can drink more and remove any stagnation so you can stay healthy. Cool!

Naturally, it’s part of the Get Well Be Well, Stay Well Program. You can find out more here

=> http://BodyAndSoulMentor.net/BeWell

This comes from Kathy Rossol who contributes to the Open Doorway Reading Room section of the site.

My naturopathic doctor recommended an alternative drink to plain water, especially good when you’re fighting a cold or other respiratory bug. Cut a couple of lemon slices and throw into a mug. Roughly chop or slice fresh peeled ginger root, about 1 tsp. worth (more or less depending upon your spice preference) and add to mug. Pour boiling water over all to fill mug. You can add some honey if you have a sore throat or just need the energy. You can also squeeze in more lemon juice if you like the tart. Adjust quantities to match your taste. Try using lime slices for a milder citrus flavor.

My sister, a biodynamic ginger farmer in Hawaii, swears by ginger as a great cure-all, and it warms you right up when you’re feeling chilly.

A Thanksgiving Idea to Make You Smile

Every Thanksgiving, we sit around the table and decide where we’re going to donate money for the year.

Beat the Flu!

Announcing the Get Well, Be Well, Stay Well Program – Beat the Flu and Vanquish Colds

Six videos and twelve chapters clearly show you how you can Work with & Enhance the Healing Power of Nature to beat the flu and cure colds with the Get Well, Be Well, Stay Well Program for only $17.97.

I created this program for you because it’s “flu season” with the drug companies and the fear mongers.

The Get Well, Be Well, Stay Well Program has all the tricks, tips, healing methods, and powerful techniques that I have used to help my children and my patients over the last 35 years.

When people ask, “What do you do to take care of yourself?”

These are the trick, tips, methods, and techniques I tell them about.

Obviously, you can uncover more of the background for yourself and get all this wisdom I have gathered from China, Japan, India, Europe, and the USA.

P.S. Please, Pass this on. I want everyone to have some choice in the matter of whether they catch the flu or not.
